We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, carrier interruptions, customs actions, infrastructure failures, epidemics, war, civil unrest, or government action. This section does not remove any refund, cancellation, or other right you have under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the business operating Novara is established, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

18. Severability and Waiver
